I went to The Sound Idea for help to fine a turntable needle. It was order and got it in four days. Now my turntable works and I am listing to my favorite records. Keep up the good work.

I took my almost 30 year old stereo receiver to them to fix. After almost 30 years it had stopped working. I had to wait a while to get it back, but it was definitely worth the wait!! It works great now. And, cost me less than $100 to repair. I was looking at reviews for new stereos in case mine wasn't able to be fixed, and the reviews scared me. The newer models and brands are expensive and loaded with problems. So glad I held on to my old one!!

Going here for many years always a good result. Gilbert is the God of electronic repair, I dont know how he figures it out but he does. Most recently I took a very problematic cd changer, had one of these technics before brand new from best buy had same issue took back the guys there just junked it gave me a refund they had no idea how to fix, but Gilbert fixed it and it works like a champ.

Honest Local Firm who will fix most electronic gear -- Like Bose Radios. Been in business in San Antonio for decades -- friendly staff can fix radios, CD players, TVs, and DVD players. Highest possible rating!

Thank you all for fixing my Sansui!! I was told before heading over there that it would be roughly 3 months to get to it which is understandable since you all were backed up but it only took about half that time! I'm super super grateful that it was serviced great and sounds so good there's not much or any stores that fix and service receivers/HiFi audio equipment in San Antonio but this place is an absolute go to!!!

Amazing. They repaired my mother's 1960s Sony HP 210a record player. It sounds phenomenal. So happy. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Sound Idea are so friendly. I took my Pioneer SX-850 here to have major repairs and Gilbert completely restored it for a good price. If you need your equipment repaired I would definitely recommend taking it here. Thank you very much!

Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and was able to diagnosed and fix our Samsung TV issue within a week. Technician was on time, friendly, and did a great job.
